Hired to replace water heater in Dec 2019, excellent! excellent! This review is so late only because Home Adviser just sent me a request for a review (more than a year later?) BUT I have since hired Pro-Mech multiple times for other plumbing jobs and each job was done professionally, and to my satisfaction times ten! I highly recommend Pro-Mech Plumbing and Heating and refer them without hesitation!!

We had a mysterious wet spot on our carpet in the hall. Pro-Mech came quickly and were friendly and thorough. They explored several possible sources of the water before settling on the most likely cause and offering a quick and easy way to investigate. Their hunch was correct, so they quickly purchased the supplies and made the repairs. The whole thing was far quicker, less painful, and cheaper than we feared. And the wet spot hasn't come back! We will definitely call them first the next time we need a plumber.

Jimmy arrived 15 minutes before the appointed time, he knew exactly wha to do but did not have the correct replacement part, he and his wife made phone calls and canvassed Abq to find the part to no avail, they called the faucet manufacturer opened a case # , the owner of the faucet is required to call for warranty parts but they went above and beyond to get everything in motion all I had to do was make the call order the part referencing the case number they got for me. Oh and while this was going on Jimmy fixed and installed the broken part well enough to get me by until the ordered part arrives which he will return to install. This kind of service is very hard to find these days. I would highly reccommend Pro Mech Plumbing to any and everyone. Fair pricing for high quality customer service. John M

Excellent service!! Jimmy arrived on time to add a pressure reducing valve to our newly constructed home. After sending a photo of the work that needed to be done, he made some suggestions that saved money. He quoted a fair price and did not include overhead charges that the big companies charge just for going to the job site. He is very knowledgeable about complex heating systems and offered advice on how to improve ours. A day or so after completing the job, he called back to see if everything was fine. He will definitely be on our call list for all our plumbing needs.
