They should have been upfront about the cost of the second service call. I also do not feel like I should have been charged for the second visit when they did not complete the job on the first visit. Also I had to reach out to them after they said they would come back in a week. Update: They did offer me a discount for the service call which I refused. Bottom line if a job takes more than one visit then the customer should be advised about the additional service fee. Then I would have not agreed for them to start the job at all.

I would highly recommend this company to anybody who s having any a/c problem. I had about 3 different companies came out about nothing was done . I called Mike on a Sunday evening he told me his guy will be out 1st thing Monday morning and sure enough the technician was there. I had an unusual problem going on with my ac unit . The condenser fan motor would shut off after about 3 minutes of running. I recommended to replace the motor by another company and I did but that didn t fix the problem so Mike and his guys got the bottom of the problem. Mike came out later on the day to fix the problem for me now I have ac again by far this is the ac company I ve seen . They re reliable, honest and reasonable. Keep up the go work guys that means a lot to customers like me .

I have been using Pro Mechanical for 10 years . I would never call anyone else ! if you want honest,reliable service at a fair price Michael and Lance are the guys , they go above and beyond to help the homeowner maintain there equiment.

This seemed to be an unusual problem. The owner was very nice and kept in contact with me by phone. He sent two techs out. The unit froze up when I was away for two weeks as I was having restoration work done due to mold in master bedroom closet. The house got very dusty and dirty due to the all the work done. The cleaning crew from the restoration company had turned the air down to 71 the day they cleaned and moved all the furniture back. I got home on a Saturday morning the unit was frozen up and the filter soaked. I removed the filter, cleaned up the water and turned ac off. I called the restoration company and long story short said it was not there responsibly and my homeowners adjuster said the same thing. I called pro mechanical. The techs said the coil was clean and there must be a leak, although they couldn't find one. They put 4lbs of freon in the system and dye. They said it would have to run several days so the dye could run through the system. Last weekend the thermostat was turned down to 73 all weekend. It turned cold on Monday so had to turn it off. The techs came back the middle of last week. They said there was no freon lost and one of the techs, Lance, said he hadn't seen anything like this before. He said it was possible they may have repaired the leak when they were working or checking the compressor as there are a lot of small parts. My son, who is very handy,said 4lbs of freon is a lot. The unit is only a couple of years old. The techs said it is possible that the company that installed the unit did not put enough freon in the system.? As I said,they were somewhat baffled. I never had a problem until the restoration company was here. I thought the system may have gotten blocked up because of all the dust and dirt. The techs told me to keep an eye on it. It cost me over $350.00. The freon is expensive.

Their service was quick, professional and they didn t try to upsell. Definitely would recommend.

Very knowledgeable. Called me right away upon my submission request and had a teacnician to my home same day. Performed maintanance on my central AC system and it has never worked better.
