Tim and his colleague were fantastic to work with. This was my first time hiring a moving company, and they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. He was very responsive in the days leading up to the move and handled everything efficiently on moving day. I lived on the top floor of a walk-up building, and he managed the stairs with ease, getting everything moved and loaded quickly. They were both incredibly kind and took great care of my belongings throughout the process. I’m always happy to support local businesses, and Tim showed me exactly why. If I move again, I will definitely be using them again.

Pros: They were good packers and loaded things quickly and tried to be careful and they were hard workers
Cons: Was about 2 hours late from their latest estimate and 3 and a half hours late from their earliest estimate which caused a chain of events that delayed our reserved elevator time which then delayed the whole job. Damaged the wooden floor of the unit by dragging a couch leg on it. Still charged full price and didn?t offer anything for being late and all the other things that went wrong

"-We did not transport any furniture-the task was to move a sleeper sofa 275 lbs. from main floor to upstairs room as it states on your info left. . With your permission we took feet off couch and door off room-you told us to leave couch feet off after we got sofa in room as 1 screw in leg was stripped as the sofa sleeper was 40yrs old. We would be happy to put legs on but you said leave the legs off. Have a great day and we wish your experience was more than satisfactory."

Timothy and his team at Pro-Pack Moving were outstanding. From the first contact, Timothy was polite, professional, and immediately suggested a smarter, more efficient (and cheaper) plan for my move from San Diego to San Juan Capistrano. He confirmed everything clearly by email and text, and even helped me avoid extra credit card fees on the deposit. On moving day, he and Pat arrived on time, worked carefully and smoothly together, and handled everything from disassembling/reassembling furniture to rearranging items in the new home. They even transported a mattress to my dad’s place later that evening—after 10+ hours of work! The bill was fair, with only a small extra charge for shrink wrap, and no surprises. I was so impressed that I gladly tipped generously. I’ll definitely call them again and highly recommend Pro-Pack Moving to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.

Had a great experience with Tim and Mike. Spoke with Tim on the phone 2 weeks in advance to scheduled a date and time. Tim called the day prior to confirm and asked if he could come an hour early which was music to my ears. From the pack up of my house to delivery at my storage unit, they were friendly and professional. Will DEFINITELY HIRE them again when it’s time to move out of my storage unit.
