Pro Paving & Seal Coating

Hired for repairing cracks and dents in driveway and to seal coat the driveway. Terrible job on repair. Visible pattern all over on seal coat. Biggest dent cracked within 24 hours and then I literally had to call 50 times to get them back to fix it, which he did after 4 weeks. Do NOT hire this company. Just terrible all around. Crazy thing is his voicemail: "Your call is important to us and we return every call" and then there comes the message that the mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. It was full every single day for 5 weeks when I had to deal with this terrible company. Never again.

Paid them in full on Oct 5th to replace my driveway and patch and seal coat a second driveway. Did not finish the second driveway and been calling for six weeks and getting no reply. I'm out $1000.

Helped remove a persistent transmission fluid stain on my driveway and sealcoated afterwards. Nice job. Would recommend, good crew, experienced, very neat, looks great.

Pro Paving & Seal Coating was excellent! Outstanding quality work! I was on a tight deadline to have a project completed and they delivered as promised! Their pricing is very reasonable for the hard detailed services they provided. I will use them again for future projects and highly recommend to others.

We hired this company to repave our driveway. We paid them in full the day they completed the job. However, they accidentally cracked some vinyl siding near our garage door so they promised to replace it at a later date. This was promised back in June when they performed the work. It is now October and they still have not returned to make this repair to the siding. Both my husband and I have called them repeatedly and left messages to get this resolved over the last few months and no one ever gets back to us. Several times we were not even able to leave a message because their mailbox was full, so clearly they don't check and clear their messages in a timely manner. In the rare instance we have been able to reach a live person, they are rude and dismissive. I guess they no longer care to finish the job because they were paid in full so we have no matter of recourse. But I do want to warn others NOT to hire this company for their atrocious customer service and nonexistent follow-up.

I gave them a deposit in April. Still waiting and now it is October. Last time I talked to Roberto they would be here at the end of the week. That was 3 weeks ago and no phone call from him. I want my deposit back.

Very polite Crew and did all that was promised. Good, clean job.

They missed one appointment and were late for the day they should have been here. Overall were good but tough to schedule especially if your running a business.

Great service. Get estimate and service is done the next morning! Quality job well done.

Poor communication- old broken down poorly maintained equipment-on the job at9am to 4 pm but actually worked about 3 hours each day-a 2 day job took about 2 weeks to complete- boss showed up only to collect the first and final payments-at one point asked for final payment early

Working with this contractor was a good experience.

this contractor is terrible. the i was told going to finished in a couple of weeks from early February. after a couple of weeks, nothing was done and could not get in touch with the given phone number repeatedly, they took the deposit of $600. until early April, they finally came to do the job. after normal use of the parking area next to the driveway from may to august, the surface of the asphalt like the the face of the moon. after talking to the owner several times, he always blamed bed condition to the home owner. he came one after another excuse and ridiculous reasons for the terriable condition of the repaved driveway. anyone reading this should hire someone else, not this contractor to do any work.

They did a good job. However, the communication was terrible. They did not show up few times without further notice. We re-scheduled few times. I felt I was not being taken care of. It was difficult to get a hold of the owner. Quality of the job they did was good. But again dealing with the owner was a pain.

We signed a contract with Pro Paving in April 2017, paid 2500.00 up front and 4 months later they have not showed up to repair our driveway. Roberto is very nice when returning our calls and every response is "Next week" but we want our driveway fixed now. Please follow through. No more waiting.

Contractor doesn't answer the phone // Contractor cashed both checks sent to him, although I had told him I that needed to put a stop payment on one of the checks, drinking on the job // Dealing with this contractor was very frustrating.

Once they got the job done, very satisfied. The owner is obsessive about getting everything right. The bad part: not good about communicating schedule changes. Even worse, apparently the only point of contact is the owner's cellphone. If he doesn't answer it, you get sent to voicemail, which seems to be always full :(

Overcharge. Work not done to my specifications had to redo it myself. Charge $320.00 for 1 yd of crushed stone which really should cost $80.00.

The work done is not up to the quality what I expected.

Quick response, easy to work with, top quality work on a very long and steep driveway.

Response for plowing was fast and professional, but the cost was higher than expected. They hand-cleared the long walk to a door I don't use - I felt like I was paying a premium for something I didn't need. Had I needed that walk cleared, I would recommend them unreservedly.

Roberto called, we made an appointment for 10 AM for 4/29/17. He never showed up to the appointment or any follow up calls. I tried to call the office and the VM was full so I couldn't get s hold of anybody. Very unprofessional, will never use Home Advisor again. My brother had a No Show appointment through Home Advisor also, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Addendum! I received a call yesterday 5/2 with a promise to have a work date by this Friday, work to be performed next week. Stay tuned!
