Disability Ramps - Build
Truly appreciated the professionalism of Pro Performance Industries, LLC. From the quote to the finished product, they kept in constant communication with me. I needed an old disability ramp and deck torn down and a new one rebuilt, with a few modifications. The finished product is well crafted, and is beautiful. I highly recommend Pro Performance Industries, LLC for any home project.

Bathroom - Remodel
They were very nice. They did the work fast and efficiently once they got there. It took a while because I guess they are very busy, which is good for them. There was a problem with the shower leaking after they installed it, and they were very nice and came back quickly and fixed it. I had one issue with the person on the phone who got a bit mean with me, and I really don't like confrontation, so that is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. She and I had a small misunderstanding. I was saying that there was a leak in the sink area that had not been there before, and she took it that I was blaming 'her guys" for breaking something and not fixing it, which was not the case. I was saying there is a leak where there wasn't one. They did fix that too, which was also good of them. Overall the work is good, and I had planned on them doing more, but I got the feeling they didn't really want my business that much. I would recommend them to others. They seemed very honest and hard working.

Vinyl or PVC Fence - Repair
Where do I start? They will return your phone calls, answer any questions in a courteous & professional manner. Gave us a fair estimate on a fence job & gave us a date when they could do the job. They actually got to us quicker than we expected. Arrived when they said they would, worked hard & didn't leave a mess when they left. Everyone we talked to was courteous, professional and friendly. They did the job exactly how we wanted it done & our horses are happy they can go from their pasture to the barn anytime they want. I would highly recommend Pro Performance Industrial to anyone. We are very happy with the job they did for us & they did it for a reasonable price.
