Bug and Insect Pest Control Service
Do not perform services. Several times I talked with technician, they would drop granuales but said they didnt have the correct chemicals to spray and would return. They drop the bill for full service and never return to complete service. You call and not answer u till near next service and then do it all over again. Asley in accounting does not respond to call about payment for no service and harasses with calls, emails, texts. Find another company.

Heard from a sales person who I said I was interested in a service because I saw spiders, ants and a few other bugs. He took payment and they never came to do anything. Never heard a word from the company again. Even had used them in the past with no issues. This time was very disappointing.

Pro Pest was great. They were very prompt and arrived on time to each appointment I had. I hired them after mice destroyed my oven and they checked all the traps each visit to ensure there was enough bait. Very personable staff and highly recommended.

One of the guys came out and gave me some very good information, sprayed, and laid bait traps. They had a special going for quarterly treatments at a reasonable price, so I took them up on it. It's been a couple of weeks since the treatment. I still hear some scurrying in my attic and some some bumping against my vents at night. But I don't hear it as often...I think it just takes time. I would recommend ProPest.

Well, they were wonderful but I continue to hear field mice knibbling, at I'm not sure what, during the night. I am thinking that I need to do some additional things in the house to get rid of the ones that have already made it into the house but not sure what to do. The company seemed to think that the two traps in the garage would take care of the ones entering from the outside but I would really like to address the ones that I hear in my cabinets, attic, walls. Just not sure where to go from here but I feel the mice are damaging my home, including wiring.
