"Hello Gail The day I came to your house and you agreed to the work, you gave me 1/2 the deposit and it was mobile deposited before I left your house after you signed and agreed to the invoiced work. I have called you several times over the past week and received no answer or call back. When last I spoke to you on the phone I told you that we would beat any competitors price for the same work that we are going to do to your house and you were gonna get back to me once you had the other estimates And that is the last I have heard from you. If you will please give me a call we will be happy to come by and do the agreed-upon work that is on the invoice that you signed and then you can pay the other half of the invoice once all the repairs are completed that day.. Please give me a call or to let me know when would be most convenient for you , Thank you very much Pro Pest Removal"

Tony provided excellent service until total payment of $1.200 paid in full, never return to check traps in attic nor answered any return calls which were numerous. Now rodent are in my home. Still no response from this company. Consumers honor their commitment to pay for service but this company ignores your calls. To them I am just another casualty no concern. Simply unprofessional. Absolutely terrible. Job was not completed correctly and open spaces were left for rodents to continue to access the attic after new insulation was installed. The duct work was never repaired. Owner refuses to complete the job correctly so complaints have been filed with the City of Jacksonville and with the Dept of Agriculture. Owner (Richard and McKinney Sr.) also owns Velocity Rodent Wildlife Control LLC - so many terrible reviews on BBB. Apparently the owner just creates a new LLC once the old name receives too many negative reviews or complaints.

I hired this company to address mole removal. They set traps and after 6 weeks without results and 0 follow-ups, I called and they came back and **stated** that they put bait in the traps . A few weeks later the traps were gone WITHOUT notification. I called and was told traps were on order and they would bring back when received. I was also told that they put castor oil in the mole holes which I have done myself without results in the past. I have left numerous messages and have yet to receive a return phone call.

On 7/15/21 Rick, the owner of Pro Pest Removal quoted a fee to me on the phone for his mole trapping service. I took notes regarding the details of his service including the fee quoted. Rick worker then came to the house on 7/19/21 to set three traps and collect the payment. The invoice stated a higher fee than what was originally quoted. After showing my notes to the worker, and the worker speaking with Rick, the fee was adjusted downward to what was originally quoted. The worker took my credit card information to take back to the business. Later that day when I received an emailed receipt, the amount was yet again higher than originally quoted. In a subsequent phone call to Rick, he stated three times that he would credit my account for the difference but he never did. Rick worker came back to the house on 7/23/21 at my request to change the location of the traps. As of 9/2/21, it has been 41 days since I have seen anyone from Pro Pest Removal in addition to my phone calls not being returned. I am requesting a refund of the payment made for the abandonment of the job. Update: After HomeAdvisor got involved, Rick issued a partial refund to me claiming that the amount was all that I asked for and that he had a month in on the job on a 60-day contract. None of this is accurate. As you can see from my above statement, I requested a refund of the amount paid. Secondly, I can prove that Rick had only 5 days in on a 60-day contract by the visitor log-in records that are kept by the security staff where I live. As stated previously in this review, Rick worker showed up on 7/19/21 and 7/23/21, a 5-day span in a 60-day contract, never to be seen or heard from again.

The work was just sloppy and noticeable. I called him, he stated he called me and he never did. He told me he was going to come back and correct the job the next week and never did.

"Mrs Wakefield We did everything we could to make you satisfied. You did not like the look of the first exclusion we did not with concrete and cement like you agreed to in the beginning of this project,So we came back and took it all off and resealed everything with metal flashing. At first for a few days you were happy with that, then you called and said you were not. We can only exclude a rat infested house one of two ways and we did both at your house doubling the work. We made multiple attempts to contact you to check traps and make sure you were happy but had no response from you and you never paid you bill with us so I am not sure what more we could have done. I would like to say Pro Pest Removal offered me another month free and bring more traps. By that time I did not want to deal with them anymore. So, Rick, the owner, refunded my money and left the three traps he brought out, I know he told Home Advisor they had been out three times but that is not so. Rick came on February 18th with three traps, I paid him upfront 250 dollars and never saw him again. I hope this company can get it together and treat their clients with a little more respect. Not returning phone calls or texts just is not how you treat people. I do appreciate he gave me my money back and offered his assistance free getting rid of the moles in my yard.
