"Water heater" Installed by others" for this customer had never been serviced, excessive sediment buildup is causing the water heater to overheat and shut down which is a safety feature to prevent hot water scalding. The homeowner was advised of an issue with sediment build-up and the need to replace the water heater and was provided with a written quote. She was provided in writing that it would shut down again to which a day or so later it did. We went back to relit and reminded her of the need to replace. A few days later she called back and stated it went out and questioned if we knew what we were doing to which I expressed it was the lack of maintenance which was causing an issue. I expressed that we can order parts under warranty to be delivered to her residence to which we did. She was also advised that by simply replacing parts, sediment issue will still be present and water heater would shut down again to which she expressed that her husband questioned if we knew what we were doing. I apologize for not returning a call, but if she doesn't replace water heater issue will continue to reoccur."
"This situation was a renter, landlord issue, owner lives out of town. Renter wanted work done which we were willing to do but could not come to pricing term with property owner/person paying. Renter wanted higher end fixture to which we needed to advise and confirm with property owner, left property owner message no responce. Sorry renter feels this way but we to assure all parties are on same page."
