The plumber was courteous and very knowledgeable in his field of plumbing. I had him also cover water pipes in attic and laundry area to prevent freezing in the winter. The work was done with great care to ensure his work was done efficiently. Would recommend them to do a job well done.

My house was under contract and there were a few plumbing items that the buyers wanted fixed before we could close. I contacted multiple plumbers but was either not getting a response or I would have to follow-up to get a response. But Pro Plumbing Heating and Air, was extremely professional, kept me updated, and was able to schedule/complete the job quickly. TJ arrived on time, provided an estimate, and did the job as soon as I approved the estimate. The job took longer than he expected but he stayed until he completed the work he had estimated. He found an extra leak but was able ot come back the next day to fix it. High-quality workmanship and I will use Pro Plumbing Heating and Air in the future.

Very happy with the quality of work but it took three appointments before they were able to work me in. To be fair, it was a small job and not an emergency, so it was only a minor inconvenience. This is the second time I used them, and will call them again if I need plumbing services in the future. Office staff and technician were polite and did a good job.

This was part of a maintenance contract I signed up for last year. I have always been pleased with the communication of the appointment and who will be coming. Herbert was very professional and polite. He cleaned my air conditioner and check my furnace. He offered suggestions for allergy issues. I would recommend them and will use them again.
