I have hired this company again to inspect another house I am purchasing.

Frederick did the most thorough home inspection I have ever seen. He spent many hours going through the house I was considering: on the roof, in the attic, tested outlets, all appliances, etc. He checked out the safety of wiring behind the electrical panels and pointed out several dangerous issues with the roof where it was soft and spongy. He pointed out issues with the slope of the roof as well that had led to some serious ice damming and ultimate destruction of the roof deck. Overall, the money spent having him inspect my house was the smartest investment I could have made. The knowledge he provided me about this property saved me many thousands of dollars in later repairs. He explained everything step by step during the inspection and then provided excellent photos the next day to illustrate his findings. He made himself available by email to answer follow up questions I had after reading his written report. All in all, this was an outstanding experience and I highly recommend his services.

The inspector responded almost immediately to the Home Advisor request and reached out to our family for the inspection of a two-family house that had multiple issues. He took the time to carefully review with us all of the trouble spots and recommend corrective actions. I have used various Home Inspectors in the past; this company is the best I have experienced so far and would give them an unqualified recommendation.

This home inspector was very well informed and friendly. He did NOT notice the lead pipe service entering the house and told me there were spirits there. He did have recommendations for how to remedy most of the issues myself (not the ghosts though), which was very helpful. Ultimately I did not purchase the home and was out the reasonable inspection cost.
