After twenty years, we thought it?s time to replace roof as few shingles were coming out and garage was leaking. I had solar panels installed by different company before. They promised they will take care of everything. After roof installation of roof, they could not reinstall my sunpower solar panels. I had to get my original company to reinstall them. I had multiple water spots on my ceiling because they installed roof during rain and snow. They painted ceiling different color. Any time you call them for repairs they deny that it?s because of their work and charge me tremendous money. They still have not refunded my money for solar reinstallation that they charged me.

Pro Quality Construction replaced the roof and siding on my home. Their cost was very attractive and after meeting with their owner/sales representative, my wife and I decided to hire them to perform the work. The roof removal was sloppy, but the replacement seemed to go well. A short time later, they began the vinyl siding installation. Days after they began , I noticed that there was a section of the sheathing missing in 2 areas of our attic space that was not replaced and which was covered with vinyl siding. This left 2 large holes in the sides of my home. I reached out to the company and they returned t address the problem. In addition, they installed a vinyl ventilated soffit but failed to cut vent holes into my existing wooden soffit. After contacting the company, the workers returned, removed the ventilated vinyl soffit and proceeded to use a hammer to smash holes and break through the soffit to create holes that would act as ventilation. When I noticed this, I stopped the workers and provided the necessary tools (power drill and hole saw) to complete the process without causing any additional damage. Also, the workers cut and installed cement board panel siding incorrectly. A large section had to be removed and reinstalled after I personally read the installation instructions and searched their van for the proper tools and nails. After the job was completed, I found over 700 nails and scraps of vinyl and aluminum (our old siding was aluminum) scattered around my home. I would not recommend this company for siding or roofing work without understanding the installation process personally. If they are hired, please pay careful attention, as they may bypass steps in the process. Good luck.

The work was completed as planned

The sales people in the office as well as the ones that replaced the roof of my house were very professional. The contractor offered a competitive quote and abided by the GAF quality standards and warranties. During the day of installation , the team of roofers came in very early to catch up with their work and take advantage of the short daylight. They did a great job and cleaned up the mess after they finished their job. I highly recommend them . In my next kitchen project, I will hire them again.

They did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete (roof replacement). The site supervisor was friendly, informative, and helpful.

They left the area cleaner then when they started. Roof looks amazing!

The work was completed in timely fashion, but I was disappointed in the quality of the work and the lack of response I received when I expressed my disappointment. The crew damaged my gutters while completing the work and did not address the damage. There were two parts to the job they addressed, one was the regular shingled roof and the other was replacing 2 flat roof areas. The work on the regular shingled roof is fine, the material they used on the flat roof area already seems to be coming off, and the work was just completed November 2019. Once again their lack of responsiveness is the most disappointing part of this process. I would definitely not recommend them.

They did a wonderful job protecting our flower beds around the house and cleaning up our property and our neighbors(was a very windy day) even in to the woods out back. The roof looks great and we would highly recommend them.

Overall very good. But left both gates open, not good for dogs.Crew didn't know where to put yard things back, suggest take smartphone photos before moving anything.

salesman and office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. workers were professional and clean up was excellent.

Communication was not always that great. Workers were fantastic and did a stellar job. If you have solar panels, this company can remove and re-install them!

I had a problem with a few shingles and they did not come back despite a 10 year warranty for workmanship. Will probably result in a law suit.

They showed up on time on the day that they promised and completed the work in one day cleanup was excellent had no problems or issues

Terence was the rep worked with us and he was excellent, he was following up the whole process and the roofing crew helped seal two chimney. Very satisfied with the new roof, will definitely recommend Pro Quality Construction to any friend looking for roofing work done.

They were very knowledgeable and courteous. Did their research before they came out the first time. The work was efficient and good quality and they cleaned up after. The price was very reasonable and the work was done when scheduled and finished on schedule. Definitely would recommend.

This company was very professional and did everything as planned. Iwould hire them again.

Not the seamless operation I expected. On time but the property prep was not up to par. Less than year old ac unit was not even protected by tarp. My husband and I had to take apart and clean out nails and debris. Flashing was not done properly and took repeated calls to make it right.

Good job, done on time with no issues. Everything went as promised. Very satisfied.

Ramiro and crew were top notch and very professional! Sale person Terrance was honest, very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions. He sent follow up emails and was on top of our requests. I would recommend if you need work done by a "PRO" give them a call you won't be disappointed!

Excellent quality. My sales rep Terence was amazing. I started recommending this company to friends and family before my install date due to his excellent customer service. Everyone was very courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. They showed up right on time, protected my garden area when working on the roof, and thoroughly cleaned up once finished. The roof looks awesome!

Put your fears to rest! These guys are the real deal! Pro Quality Construction will get the job done right the first time at a reasonable price. Terence their Salesman does not "hard-sell" you, which was great! I hate pushy sales people. He worked as both the salesman as well as project supervisor. He was AWESOME!! I could not ask for better. I had hired them for a complete tear down of previous roof and installation of a new Timberline 50 roof (including 18 replacement boards of plywood, felt buster, drip edge, ice/water shield, ridge vent installation). The roof is extremely large for a private / single family home. In addition they removed/replaced the gutters, downspouts, fascia and soffits throughout. Accidentally, one of the guys removed my old attic fan. I simply spoke to Terence and a new one was purchased and installed with no additional cost or hassle within 24 hours. I have been burned by contractors in the past and was on-guard for what I thought could be another negative experience. Boy, was I happily surprised. No problems, no issues. They started the job and came back every single day (5 days in a row) until the job was completed. I couldn't be happier! Again, "these guys are the real deal. Put your fears to rest!"

Pro Quality construction did multiple items part of my home improvement project. 1. Roof replacement - overall good quality work, but there were improvement opportunities in their project management. 2. Gutters - they did an excellent job. Very good quality work and friendly crew leader. Highly recommended. 3. Sky tunnel - installation was messed up and unprofessional work. I can do basic handyman works and able fix certain aspects of installations and improve a bit. 4. Chimney chase cover - not installed yet but expecting good quality work whenever they can schedule tech to come out and install. Overall poor project management, but Gabriel and Terence tried their best to make it right. In summary, final project turned out great as big items like roof replacement and gutters are quality work!

We had a problem with the installation of our roof. They had left some part of our roof undone where you could see the ply wood. They also did not tack our siding back correctly and we had to call them to come back and fix it. We made the appointment for them to come back to check out the problem when the day arrived it rained but stopped. The appointment time came and went and no one showed. We had to call to find out what happened. They told us due to the rain delay that would have to come out later in the day. We wanted them to come in the morning due to we had appointments in the afternoon. After talking to them they said they would call us back to give us a time that they would be out to check the problem. We waited an hour and no phone call. Again we had to call them back to find out when they would show up. They told us between 3 and 5 P.M. They did not show up on time. They came after 5 P.M. They arrived at 5:03 P.M. They did fix the problem.
