Just finished a project to paint the exterior of our house. My requested start date was accepted by Pro Quality but then they notified us the afternoon prior to the start of the project that there will be a delay. This was not acceptable and I consider it to be very poor business management by the owner. It was negotiated for the project to start 3 days later. Once the project started, the 2 workers were always on time, polite and very professional. The project took 6 working days to complete and all work was performed to industry standards and practices. Extra effort was always taken for masking and protecting all non-painted surfaces and the landscape plants near the house. On the final inspection small issues were identified and corrected immediately. Except for the delay of the project we were very pleased with the workmanship and attitude of the painters. Our house looks brand new and many neighbors are stopping to comment and ask questions.
