Great work. Brian and Rpbcat knew what I wanted and delivered. I will use them again.

Brian Oliver came out to fix a outdoor ceiling fan and wall switches he had installed incorrectly the first time around. He said he felt bad about the bad install. In my opinion he wouldn't have come back out unless I called him out on charging me twice for the same poor work. I asked him to work up some plans and estimates for a couple of other projects I had dealing with shelter for my pool equipment and about 12 landscape lights. He never followed through and instead has his assistant send me some pictures off the Internet to see if this would work for my pool equipment. He knew when he did the estimate and took measurements on my pool equipment that it would have to be a custom job. Brian Oliver is lazy and tries to cut corners on any project he does. He lacks the integrity to follow through on estimates and promises to provide details on the project. He will take advantage of any customer and like I said he charged me twice for the same job because the bookkeeping for his "fly by night" business is suspect.

While the work is decent, the estimating and scheduling is the worst ever.I hired them for my first project and they estimated $750. When they finished they tried to charge me $1250. We settled at $900. The second chance I gave them for three small projects, they estimated $300 and scheduled for 7/20. They called me on 7/13 to say they were on the way. I told them they were a week early and I wasnt ready. They asked if they could come do the other two projects. I agreed and they did them and then tried to charge me $550 for TWO of the projects. We settled on $400 and I made them write down the estimate ($100) to do the last project and scheduled it for 7/20. 7/20 comes and they dont show up. After calling for three hours, I finally get hold of them and I get the "oh, we are so busy, I don't when I can do it, I'll have to check the schedule" excuse. Don't bother, I hired someone else and they came immediately and did it for $95. I would NOT recommend hiring these guys. IF you do, get a FIRM estimate in writing and then pray they show up.

Todd was terrific. He came quickly as we were without hot water. His work is excellent, it exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I began a DIY assembly project on a Murphy Bed for our guest bedroom. Both of us are very good at furniture assembly and buy flat packed items often because of their value. However, this project required BOTH brains and brawn. As a small women, I have the brains but not the brawn and could not lift the heavy queen sized cabinet doors to finish their attachment to the cabinet. I hired Pro Ren Solutions to help us finish this project. Co-Owner Brian, came out that evening and worked with my husband to get this project done. He was very professional, easy to work with, and knowledgeable on all the issues with this type of assembly. The end result was that our Murphy bed is ready to use! I will hire this company again for any DIY projects that my husband and I need help with. Price was very fair and based on the difficulty of the job. Plus I liked how Todd and Brian did business. Very personal and accessible.
