There were 2 issues: 1. He left dirty rags at my house, not only outside, but on my daughters BED. 2. The initial quote included cleaning the windows and tracks, but he only wiped the tracks once. They were very dirty, and still had grunge and dead bugs after he finished. The windows were ok, but the tracks were just smeared around.
