I can't say enough good things about this roofing service. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Definitely the best in town.

It was a great experience

The roof doesn't leak so far. We experienced issues with the billing. They were going to charge us for an extra person when repairing some rot. Fortunately, I took several pictures and was on site when the work was done, so I knew how many men and hours were expended on the repair. They pushed pretty hard to charge us for the extra body. I sent pictures of the work being done. They said the gentleman that accomplished the work said their numbers were right. Unfortunately for them, I was there on the roof when the work was being done, so there was no doubt as to the numbers. Make sure you check the invoice. Our invoice didn't show details of the rot repair man-hours. I contacted the salesperson about the overcharge, but got no response. The on-site personnel barely spoke any english. Would have made things easier when communicating with the crew. The coordination between the office and on-site crew is poor. The crew on-site didn't know about the rot until I showed it to them. They weren't the lowest or highest bid. They should improve their customer service and on-site communications.

Reasonable price. Job was done quickly. Cleanup each day was good. Communication was good. Would recommend.

The roofing crew left a mess behind. They left nails and sheet metal screws all around my house. I probably picked up over 15 nails and screws even after repeating asking them to pick them up one even punctured one of my car tires. They left scuffs around my house for removing shingles. The roofing crew only cared about their job and not cleaning up their mess or how they left my house. Very unprofessional.

Good work. Adequate cleanup. Difficult communications - the **coordinator** did not always know what the crew was doing or failed to answer my email.

Read your contract very carefully to make sure that all your expectations are met. Get clarification on the extent of the cleanup, and details you might not anticipate (such as extra nails and staples remaining on your roof that blow down over the next few weeks onto your driveway after the project was completed - we had to punctured trailer tires as a result of some of these loose nails blowing down weeks afterward). Overall, the crew does excellent quality work!

Pro Roofing did a fantastic job on our 1959 low-sloped roof! Our house had many issues that Pro Roofing had solutions for. They also had some innovative suggestions for some areas. Our new roof looks very nice! We would not hesitate to use Pro Roofing again! Gary and Helen

Overall, it was fine. They had some sort of computer glitch which caused them not to inform us when the first appointment was rescheduled. They were late for the second appointment. But the work was completed well and at the price promised.

From first phone call with salesman to final walk through roof inspection with project manager, this company did an excellent job. Very professional, great communication, and great installation. Everyone was on time. They did a great job cleaning up. They were very up front with what costs would be. I feel that the roof will last a long time.
