I was very pleased with their service they came on time they were efficient they had masks on and in doing the job I requested they created another problem which they came back and fixed immediately the next day without extra charge! I would recommend these two to anyone who needs a plumber

On time, quick work!

Came quickly. Wasn't prepared to provide a needed part. Did do some tinkering that helped the situation. Finally diagnosed the problem, but did not carry the needed part. Offered to come back if his fix stopped working. A lot of money for not getting a long lasting solution.

Russ was on time, took a look at the job and we agreed on a fair price. He got right to it and took care of the drain problem, even though it was not trivial. He explained the problem, was courteous, professional and cleaned up. Would certainly recommend Pro Rooter.

Called immediately and set up an appointment for the morning at my convenience. They showed up on time and got the job done very quickly. Explained the reasoning of the problem as well. Very professional. Recommended hiring this company they will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

UPDATED REVIEW: This turned out to be a disaster. 1 1/2 months after the pipe was cleared, we were back at square one with sewage backing up again into the basement. The company went away and had no systems in place to let customers or Home Advisor know so we spent a couple weeks trying to reach out to them. When we did get in touch with them, they said that they popped a hole in the backup but that it would back up again. They gave me a couple years for the issue to come back but then 1 1/2 months later, the issue was just as bad as initially. Very disappointed not because I do believe that they would have fixed it if they were in the area but having no numbers working or even a voicemail to say they were away forced me to spend another $400 on the project. Just disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect of their business to have systems set up for this. INITIAL REVIEW: Stellar. Called minutes after I submitted the project and was at my house 30 minutes later. Priced as quoted, arrived quickly, and did a stellar job. Just hire and stop looking!
