8-13-26 PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT HIRE PROSCAPE, LLC - OWNER JEFF BAILEY IS A FRAUDSTER, PATHOLOGICAL LIAR AND CROOK! My family and I hired Proscape, LLC for a demo project of our old family home in Jackson, MS. We found him off Angi's list and the price should have been the 1st red flag. He came in much lower than all other bids at $7500 and it'd be completed in approx 1-2 weeks tops. He was quick to hound and push for the job by offering a $1000 off that for $6500. But immediately, after we accepted and paid initial $3105, he suddenly came back requesting the additional $1172 be paid because all of a sudden, he needs to pay his "contractor" to come out and cut electrical, remove septic tank and plumbing, etc. The electrical was done by MS ENTERGY. He kept lying, promising to send pics that NEVER came and finally TODAY, 8-13-26 LOOK AT HIS CLAIMED "FINISHED PROJECT" PIC's vs what our brother's daughter SENT US TODAY 8-13-26!!! THE HOME IS STILL STANDING - BARELY ANY WORK DONE! Update as of 8/14/2026: 8-14-26 - (FOLLOW UP PART 2 FROM 8-13-26) PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT HIRE PROSCAPE, LLC - OWNER JEFF BAILEY IS A FRAUDSTER, PATHOLOGICAL LIAR AND CROOK! I see the only pictures that uploaded were the fraudulent, AI Generated lot Jeff Bailey emailed us claiming the job was complete. We knew something was off; he would not give us a 360-degree shot of the entire street and our plot as REPEATEDLY REQUESTED. Keep in mind the "FINISHED" lot he sent us and expected to discuss payment was on 8-13-2026. Our brother had his daughter go by the lot for good measure to see if indeed the job was complete no more than 30-mins after we received his pictures, and here's what she sent! The home was BARELY TOUCHED!! After we confronted him about this blatant attempt to fraud, lie & deceive us...he immediately pivots to throwing his so called "Lead Foreman" who sent him the pic's, etc., yada, yada WE'RE DONE! WE'RE FILING CHARGES, POSTING THIS REVIEW, AND REVERSING CARD PAYMENT ASAP!!

Does excellent work, very easy to with. Work is 10/10 will use again with hesitation.

After contact, the work was done very efficiently and neatly. Once the materials were removed the Proscape people blew the whole area off. You could never tell there was material there to be picked up. I would definitely use them again!

Proscape did a great job. I have used them for multiple projects. They’ve done everything from Irrigation system installation to drainage to General cleanup and improvement for us. Very reasonable pricing and a do what they say they are going to do which is pretty tremendous in today’s world!
