Precision LandWorks Matthew Bailey contracted with us on 05/30/2026. We hired him to do a French drainage system and to put in new soiled. We paid him a deposit of $4,200 for the soiled and he only removed most of it. Also he started the French drainage and never completed it. I think the job was to big for him and one other helper. After he realized the job was more than the estimate that he quote $10,400 he blocked us by phone and social media. He made promises through text messages that he didn't keep. As of today we haven't heard from him. This is very bad business!!!!!
