Complete Home Inspection
Our realtor recommended Javier at ProScope for our home inspection prior to us buying a home. We have heard horror stories of using home, inspectors that realtors recommend. But we were so happy that we went with his recommendation. Not only was it ridiculously quick turn around to get the results, it was way more thorough and organized than I could imagine. I know nothing about houses and it was laid out so well. We were able to get around $25,000 worth of fixes from the sellers based on his inspection. Also asked first time homebuyers. We had a lot of questions and he was so patient. I am surprised by his services that his prices are not way above average. Surprisingly enough, they are less than average. I cannot recommend him enough!
