Very professional and polite would highly recommend. Found a problem with my drain line and didn't spray that area until I got it fixed anyone else would of sprayed over it and left it like that. Said he would hit the spot when he comes back through.

I had Pro-Seal complete a spray foam insulation in January of 2020 and I have written conformation that I have paid them in full but they did not pay their supplier and now I have a 9100$ lien against my house from the supplier. After a year of promises and verification that the supplier had been paid, I know that is untrue and I am now going to have to pay twice for the job. I know from the many lawyers involved I am not alone and Pro-Seal has put many homeowners in the same position as me.

I was in the process of removing A/C ductwork and wanted to have the attic foamed then have ductwork reinstalled. So upon initial scheduling, the owner said he could not get to me for over 3 wks, so I worked everything out around him. He indicated that he would be out on Tues 10/27 to remove all old insulation and prep for foam, then install the foam on Wed 12/28 and the A/C company could then return on Thurs 10/29 to reinstall ductwork. I got a phone call on 10/27 from the owner stating that they were having a problem with their machine and the guys would be there around 11:30, well they finally showed up at 1:45 pm with a machine that they could not keep turned on. So they barely did anything then left and said they would return 1st thing Wed to start and finish, well they showed up around lunchtime and worked with a machine at about 50% till almost 8, then came back Thurs and again Friday, they finally finished Fri 10/30 at about 5:30. I had a couple of conversations with the owner and he just kept giving me the run around because he was too busy vacationing to worry about his customers. I had to reschedule all of my a/c work and did not get my ductwork re-installed till the end of the following week. because A/C company lost 2 days because of me having to cancel them for Thurs and Fri. When I spoke to the owner, he did not have much to say for himself other than it is a good thing a small cold front came through that way it was not as hot. He did apologize and I told him that it was a very unprofessional way to do business. Also, the owner came to pick up the balance I owed him and he never got into the attic to check the work and never came to job 1 time to check on his employees and never asked me if I was happy or satisfied with the work, actually the day they started working he was getting on a plain for the mountains with his family. Basically, this was the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with, the owner does not seem to care about customers happiness and he does not maintain any of the equipment, it all looked like it was falling apart. They also took a wire and took the cover off my electrical panel and tied it into my power and after they finished they left the panel off and a couple of my breakers were blown, of which I had to have an electrician come out and fix the mess they made of that. I will never use this company again nor will I recommend him to anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Everything from start to finish was extremely professional and friendly. They did an excellent job of installing batts of insulation over the ceiling of our garage - despite very tough conditions to work in. I'd hire them again for any type of insulation work. Great job guys!

They were on the phone right away, came out right away had the quote within 24 hrs. Did a great job! Clean up could have been better, but I would definitely recommend them.

Pro seal installers sprayed above garage and did not cover nor close our brand new $2500 8x16 door. They got the foam all over the top 3 panels of our door. Ruined it. Damage repair will be over $1100. It has been 4 weeks and after repeated attempts to have them even come out to see the damage. No one responds. We had house stucco, 3 coats of paint. Not a drop on the doors. They spent 10 minutes putting up plastic cover. Pro Seal did not

Lonnie crew was very professional, they had to back there trailor in my driveway which isn't easy, because of my landscaping lights and did it with great care , and getting into the attic isn't easy cause of limited space to get in and did it with care. cleaned up and where on there way kudos to Lonnie and his crew, and the price was really good value.
