Do not hire this company! Tech came out no tools did not introduce himself took less than a minute to look at the icemaker told me it was burned out. Four-year-old Samsung French door refrigerator, said it would be $900 to replace the icemaker. Lo and behold weeks later the icemaker started working again! Charged $85 for service call with a bad attitude!!

Fantastic service, very fast and well-priced.

Good thing it was not a major issue with our washer. The appliance guy even showed my husband tips on maintenance and what-if scenario.

Nick was my appliance technician that was sent through the company, they gave me a 4 hour window of when he would arrive 8-12. He showed up at 1pm, my fridge is broken and will not cool he looks at my fridge for roughly 2 minutes says he cant fix it and gave me a number to call and charged me 79.99. I had to call his supervisor to actually tell me what was wrong with it because he didn't explain what was wrong. Wouldn't recommend.

Solved my problem!

The Service tech was honest about fixing my microwave and gave recommendations for what brand to purchase. Had to pay the service fee of $79 even though it took about 15 min. Would like a discounted fee when an appliance cannot be fixed.

Repairman was courteous and knowledgeable, repair completed promptly and problem solved. Just needed a freezer gasket, but price seemed quite high ($500). Maybe that's the going rate these days. :-(

Prompt, accurate and efficient service. It turned out that are refrigerator controls are not labeled properly as to their function. The tech explained everything properly. No repair necessary, and now we know. Awesome!

Excellent, knowledgeable technician

A little pricey for the 15 - 20 minutes to replace a flipper (my term) in my dryer, but the technician was experienced and knew what he was doing. I will gladly pay for experience and knowledge over anything else. Thank you!

Technician replaced a switch in the downdraft fan on a Viking cooktop. Took a while to take the fan apart and replace it, but price of $248 seemed high. Apparently this is a "per job" bid, and I neglected to ask about parts/labor split on the cost.

Technician was very friendly. Was a little pricey. Believe the part was $65 and bill was $350, but it was still cheaper than a new stove. My 3-5 day part ended up being two weeks because the first part came in smashed. Should have been checked for defects before they came out and had to reorder.

They had to order the part for my washer. Came back the next morning and finished the job in about 45 min. Very apologetic for having to come back the next day.

The technician replaced the dishwasher door cables/pulleys. This only took the tech about 10 minutes in total. The service performed cost $206. The pulleys/cable only cost about $25 online, so effectively this was about $150 for a 10 minute repair. The pricing was not fair, but I was anxious to have the repair completed. Customer service was quite good otherwise.
