The owner Rob is personable and excellent with communication. His crew were reliable and very hard-working. They also were great about protecting surfaces and leaving things clean. No complaints at all!

Worked with Rob Arold from the beginning and throughput this project. I was kept informed on a very timely manner of all aspects of this project from the time he did the estimate till his follow up call at the end. To me good communication is one of the most vital parts of customer satisfaction. As far as the work done by the team that Rob sent they were both very professional, courteous and hard working. Working under difficult conditions of excessive heat they were on time and completed the job as described. I am very satisfied with choosing Pro Service Insulation for this project.

Very flexible. I needed the job done in two phases in order to have a cleared attic for a re-plumbing job. Other companies were going to charge me extra for that. Pro-Service said we could have a 14-day window to do the plumbing work with no extra charge, and later allowed me more time when I requested it. Really great customer service.

Rob who came out initially was on time and polite and sent the estimate within a day. I hired the company and the workers were on time and worked nonstop so very happy and would recommend this business.

Rob was amazing! I wanted to get my attic insulated, my house was built in the sixties and had never been updated to current standards. Was able to get an estimate within 2 days and when he came he inspected throughout to see if there were other problems which he found from when we replaced out AC ducts. Estimate was extremely reasonable and was able to get a insulation date the following week. Luckily we were able to get this done before the heat waves started and I already have noticed the improvement on retaining ideal temperature and my AC runs much more efficiently and has to run for less time. Cant recommend this company enough!
