Ryan was very friendly, articulate and knowledgeable. He had the right tools and necessary gauge with him so was able to complete the needed replacement promptly. A bit pricey.

So grateful I connected with Pro Service Plumbing & Gas! I called and spoke with Ryan on a Friday afternoon explaining the situation and he knew from the panic in my voice that the plumbing issue could not wait until Monday or even the next day. He stated he would fit in an appointment, but it would be later in the evening - I didn't care. Other plumbing service companies I reached out to had nothing for about a week. Ryan called and gave me updates on when he expected to arrive. Upon arrival he assessed the situation, explained to me what needed to be done and was able to fix the issue and another pipe that would potentially be an issue in the near future. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Upon completion of the work he cleaned up the area as if he was never there. Ryan was very professional and answered all my questions when he did the estimate. He was frank about his services and the quality of equipment he would install. Although he was not the least expensive, he demonstrated a sense of trust. He arrived on time for the estimate and gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out. For the installation, he called 30 minutes ahead and arrived right on time. He used shoe covers when he entered the house and was mindful of our privacy. He finished the installation exactly as we agreed in the estimate, and I was very pleased with the results. This included an upgrade to the water heater as required by code that came into effect after the previous water heater was installed. I highly recommend Ryan from Pro Services and will use them for any future plumbing services.
