Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
I have issues with my sprinkler system and Jim is not communicating with me. He did the job, took my money and now refuses to answer phone calls for help with my service

"I performed a repair on the system (Cut Pipe), Submitted bill via email, No response untill customer needed heads adjusted. I will be happy to service system if customer pays the bill he owes."

They were 3 weeks late starting the job. There left trash in my back yard. They damaged the front and side yard without filling in deep rutts cause by their equipment and did not re-seed. Soding the side hill was in the original $6,800 quote and it was not done leaving a 10 x 25 area for me to finish. I asked him to leave enough sod for me to finish the job myself which he did not. He left a lot of dirt in the street that needs to be cleaned up by me which I should not have to do. He broke my propane tank and it will cost me several hundred to replace.

Jim did a good job. He responded very quickly to my initial request for a proposal. I would have liked it if he kept me a little more up-to-date about when he was coming, etc.

the main thing was cutting the grass that got done but he didn't clean the grass up after he cut it i wanted a little tree cut done that didn't happen nor did he tell me why he couldn't and i told him i wanted my grass cut every 2 weeks this is the third week since my grass got cut i been calling him but i don't get any answer

Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
The guys who did the work were very nice and generous when it came to doing their job. They just went to work without any doubts at all. They knew what they were doing from the very beginning. Their choice in plants and trees were perfect! Our neighbors have stopped by and complimented on the front yard. I gave them cards from Pro Services and maybe they will call. We don't know but we recommended them over anybody! They were terrific! I one, would recommend them to anybody in the world! Great Job!!!
