PRO Services 1 staff was professional and courteous. Work was performed neatly. Bob made sure I was thoroughly satisfied with the finished chimney replacement project.

Pro Services is a genuine five-star business in every category. They were extremely responsive and were able to respond to my emergency leak situation by scheduling me the next day after I called. Their representative, Bob, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, communicative and most importantly did an excellent job. He did the most thorough evaluation of anyone who came out to bid the job. He not only evaluated the problem area but surveyed the rest of the entire roof to see if there were any other problems. He did find excessive moss growth on one end of the roof which he removed. His explanations were easy to understand and sensible in light of his evaluation. On top of all this they were the lowest bidder. I was a roofer when I was in my 20s so I recognize a quality job when I see it and this was one.

I needed repair my roof to stop a leak and HomeAdviser listed Pro Services. Bob called me the same day, came over the following day and agreed to a reasonable fee on the 16th. That was a Thursday and he said he would be here on Monday, after the forecasted weekend storm. Monday was forecast to be very frigid so he called on Sunday to say he would not be able to do the work because of the impact of the cold weather on the new shingles. He came on Tuesday and completed the work within a few hours. You can see that Bob from Pro Services is very responsible and reliable, and he also a friendly, nice guy who knows what he is doing. He is the kind of repair professional you are always looking for. I give him five stars and highly recommend him.

Bob And his crew was very professional. The job replacing the roof was completed in a timely manner in which he stated. After the work was completed it rain very hard for 2 days no water came into my house I was very satisfied with the Work the pro service had done. iF your roof leaks give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

I have used Home Advisor in the past and did not hesitate to seek a roofing contractor through them. Bob from Pro Services was the only contractor, of the several I met with, to take the time to inspect the interior of my home where my leak was as well as the exterior. He completed a thorough analysis and written estimate which was reasonable and fair. Unlike anyone else he also showed me photos of my chimney which was over 60 years old and had visible cracks and leaks as well. Bob and his crew were very skilled, I appreciated that he remained on site working with his crew and completed both the chimney and roof on the days he said he would. He was true to his word and there were no additional unforeseen costs. I cannot state emphatically enough how pleased I am with the work that was done, the reasonable pricing, the clean-up, Bob's professionalism and overall personality. He is a nice guy who represents Pro Services very well while also looking out for the best interests of the homeowner. You won't go wrong selecting them for your project!

We recently purchased a home and then found out that the roof was leaking. We had three roofing companies come take a look and provide estimates. Two companies were through Home Advisor, and the third was recommended by a neighbor. Without any reservation, I would recommend Bob from Pro Services. When he came to look at the roof, he explained what he was seeing while up there. Then he showed photos so we could see for ourselves. He wrote up wrote a comprehensive estimate before leaving. I cannot stress this enough that he wrote out exactly what would be included in the work, and gave us a really good price. The other estimates we received were not nearly as detailed. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated having all the information up front. Once we decided to hire Bob, he and his crew came only a few days later (it had rained) and did a great job. All the items in our estimate were done exactly as he said. He took the time to answer any questions we had, and he even sent us photos of our new roof. Again, can't say enough good things about Bob and the guys from ProServices. I will definitely call them for work in the future.

Bob was professional and personable. Time will tell if cleaning the gutters solved my problem. Cleanup did leave a tad to be desired...but no ones perfect :-)

Very quick response to come out and give a very fair estimate. Took the time to explain what we needed (and what we didn't). Slight miscommunication about automatically needing to cancel/reschedule if it had rained or was raining. Promptly rescheduled once we called . Very happy with the outcome.

Bob installed an Owens Corning roof on my house last week. He is very professional and did everything he said he was going to do on the contract.

I hired Pro One to fix a leaking Skylight in my master bathroom. They were very responsive and conscientious. Luca was able to match the asphalt shingles perfectly. They take great care in all the work they do. I would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end dealing with Bob and his crew was more than a pleasant experience. Everything was explained in a way I could understand. Pictures were taken before and after and at my request sent to me. The work was not rushed to get done. The chimney and cap look great. Cleanup had no issues. The price was competive. I would definately use them again and recommend them to others. Good experience!

They called me so quickly, just as I finished requesting quotes on the Home Advisor site, and showed up a short while later for an estimate. Since they were able to schedule my job for the next morning, I hired them without getting additional quotes. I needed some shingles replaced that had blown off my roof in a recent wind storm, and some chimney repairs, and I was concerned with rain predicted for the next few days. They showed up when they said they would, and were very pleasant and helpful. I recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.
