We understand a damaged home is never pleasant, but in situations where additional work is required we at Pro Services try our best to get all necessary work approved by the insurance company before continuing with repairs and surprising our customers with non-covered charges. We apologize the job took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait since we were able to get all repairs covered by your insurance. Our basement flooded during a flash flood this summer and pretty much destroyed our basement. We called Pro Services, and they turned out to be the only place we needed to call to clean up the mess, refinish the basement, and complete construction to waterproof and protect us from a future flood. They were there very quickly the night of the flood, and completed all of the work we needed to do, which was considerable, at a very reasonable price. We were amazed at how prompt and professional the work was, and it was so nice to be able to go to one company for all of the work. Pro Services is both a family owned and operated company that provides extremely personalized customer service, and a company that can handle any size or type of project. Luis, the owner, helped us understand the best course of action with our insurance, worked with us to suit our budget, and made us feel like part of the family. Now our basement looks great, with a brand new floor, and all of the problems that had caused our basement to be at constant risk of flood have been resolved. They really care about their customers and always look out for their best interests, which doesn't always happen when you're dealing with situations in which insurance claims and renovations are involved. They've helped us add value to our investment in our home, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. You can't go wrong with these guys.

The workers are very professional and they try to work around your schedule. I was really impressed that they cleanup after the project and haul away the depris.

Very clean, courteous, efficient, thorough, and truthful. All work is of high quality. All service delivered on time and on budget. Great communication and transparency. Did extra work for me at no extra cost. We had a difficult problem and they were the only people to scientifically arrive at a successful resolution. Will keep them to do other projects for me. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation.
