I have never felt the need to write a review but after dealing with Frank I had to share. We could not have asked for a better experience. Frank was very communicative (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late for our first meeting). He started and finished our project when he said he would. I wanted to install oak hardwood flooring throughout my house -- my entire first floor, my second floor hallway, my master bedroom, and a small office off the bedroom. It was a big job, and I was prepared for a lengthy project timeline, a big mess, and high cost. I shouldn't have worried. Frank and his crew at Pro Services -- Christian, Devon, and Ryan -- were fantastic. Frank met with me at length, reviewed what I wanted done, and carefully outlined in great detail what he would need to do to complete the job. I discovered that my home included a rather unconventional type of subflooring; Frank took the time to research the material, contacting the manufacturer to determine if my desired flooring was compatible with the existing subflooring material. His written estimate was straightforward and right on the mark -- no hidden fees or expenses. As the work progressed I made one change that required the purchase of some extra materials; Frank was upfront about the costs and verified these with purchase receipts. One cannot ask for a more honest and straightforward contractor. With regard to workmanship, I am completely satisfied. Frank, Christian, Devon, and Ryan produced high-quality results. They began the workday on-time each day, and worked efficiently to meet their daily milestones. I often work from home, so I anticipated a great deal of inconvenience as the work progressed. However, the guys went out of their way to minimize this; they were polite and understanding on occasions when I had to ask them to take a break so I could take phone calls. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. At the end of the workday, they thoroughly cleaned up and minimized the disruption that naturally occurs during a major home renovation. With regard to the flooring, it was installed with incredible attention to detail; Frank cheerfully answered all my questions, explained his procedures, and paid attention to a couple of special requests I made during the course of the work. I was -- and still am -- impressed with the final results. My floors look absolutely terrific. Frank paid tremendous attention to small details such as moldings, edgings and borders, and even the appearance the wood grain on each individual piece of flooring. I truly appreciated the conscientious attitude and the concern all four of them demonstrated with regard to the workmanship and to my family as they performed their job. It was a large area, but they completed the job on schedule and at a cost I found to be extremely reasonable. In fact, the most surprising part was that in the end his total price was still substantially lower than several other estimates I received for the job. I hope to replace the carpeting in the other bedrooms with hardwood flooring in the near future, and I would not hesitate to hire Frank and his crew again. We highly recommend Frank and his Pro Services team. We contracted with Frank to install Hardwood Bamboo flooring purchased at Lumber Liquidators. Frank not only quoted a great price but followed up with a truly professional installation from start to finish. Always showing up on time, keeping us informed as to the progress of the job, and finishing up on time as promised, overcoming a few curve balls, but providing a perfect installation. He is our new go to guy for future projects.

Frank is absolutely great to work with! Him and his team are very personable, professional and friendly. I would hire him again in a second. I had him install laminate flooring throughout my entire house. I bought my flooring from Lowes, but Frank also offers some very good choices that you could get from him as well. His price is very affordable! He installed all new flooring and all new moldings for me at a good price with great quality work done! My mom ended up using him to fix her buckling floor after seeing the amazing job he did and she was also extremely happy with the work he did. I will be recommending him to everyone I know! I had purchased laminated flooring from Home Depot. They were to install the flooring for me . When they came and ripped up the carpet they said my floors were uneven and needed leveling. The installers made a phone call to the manager and told me that it would cost me an additional $2,000 to do the leveling, without having seen the floor. I told them that I thought that was ridiculous so I had them leave. I called Home Depot and they said that it was the installers they use and had no idea how the price came about. A neighbor of mine heard my story and gave me FranK's number. She had floors installed by him and was very pleased. I called Frank , he came out spent about 1 hr at my house inspecting the floor and explaining what needed to be done. He was very professional, easy to speak too and I felt very comfortable that he would give me a fair price. Well Frank and his team, Dave and Devon, came out Nd in 3 days all the work was completed to my satisfaction. I love my floors. Frank's team worked very hard every day, set a goal for the day and did not leave till it was completed( some days till 7). I was very impressed with the attention to detail and how they cleaned up after themselves. Frank even came on a Saturday to finish last minute trim work. He added felt pads to all the furniture and helped me put my furniture back in its place. I have already rec of ended Frank and his team to 3 friends. He was helpful in selecting the right product, even checking with the manufacturer to confirm specifics for us. He arrived on time and the work went as he said with as little disruption as possible. Every day when the team finished, things were neat, tidy, and cleaned up. The job was completed to perfection with careful attention to every detail. Great experience from start to finish... Frank could not have been more friendly and professional, helping me search high and low for the correct flooring for the bedrooms to match what I already had in my living room and kitchen... The flooring I chose was slightly thinner than the floor in the living room, so I was upset thinking that I would need to have a divider installed between the rooms... HOWEVER, Frank was able to do some magic and leveled the different rooms with no transitions to make a smooth and seamless transition from room to room with no bulky divider.... Now I can slide from the living room right in to the bedroom! Also, before the install he prepped the house meticulously to make sure he didn't damage or dirty anything during the install and once he was done with the instillation he cleaned up and left the house looking as if I just had a cleaning crew there. On top of that, he somehow was able to cut the wood and do other work on my tiny balcony which is maybe 2 ft wide!.. Also, he did me a favor and cut the bottom of my bathroom door so it wouldn't scrape the rug every time the door is opened and closed... If you're looking for a professional service with someone who really cares about quality and customer satisfaction, look no further!

Frankie did a great job, very detail oriented. Considerate of my home and environment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wood floor. He also did a few extra tasks not in the initial contract. Don't stop being so 'extreme'. Ha Ha
