This company needs to leave Denver immediately. It's been a long time since I've had to deal with a company that has the poorest customer service. 30 Days customer satisfaction really means. As long as we can avoid you the better. I spoke with Nate over the phone and this young man has the poorest customer service motto. We canceled the service and were still billed for the full amount and a cancellation fee on top of it. I tried to resolve this issue over the phone, I left messages no one returned calls and I finally get Nate on the phone and all he can say is "Too bad so sad" please do yourselves a favor and leave Denver. Go back to California. We do not need your business here in Colorado.

The Pro Shield techs came to my house and sold me a contract. On the contract it states they will treat the inside and outside of home and property. I told them my biggest problem is the spiders in my crawl space that lay eggs and then come into my house. They took a look at the door to my crawl space and the space itself and stated that they could also treat that area. My crawl space door is 2 feet by 3 feet and the space itself is about 4 foot from floor to joist. I was told that usually just treating the outside of the house takes care of the problem but if it does not they will come back and treat my crawl space. On 11/7/18 was my scheduled 90 day service and on 11/6/18, I called and spoke with a female staff member requesting that they treat my garage and under my house. She clarified and stated "you mean your crawl space," I said yes and gave the dimensions for the crawl space. She stated that both the garage and the crawl space as well the outside of the house and property would be treated. The tech came on 11/7/18 during the scheduled 2 hour window and told my daughter that he would treat the garage but not the crawl space because it was against policy. I called the next day, 11/8/18,to ask for them to treat my property as contracted. I was told they would not treat my crawl space and would not give me a refund. I asked to speak with a manager but was told Nathan, the manager, would call me back. On 11/12/18 I called again and this time Nathan took my call and was rude from moment one. He refused to provide the service that it does state on my contract or give me a refund. And that he was going to charge me $100 for cancelling my contract. No where on my contract states the crawl spaces are not included. His staff also assured me on 2 separate occasions that it would be treated. Nathan also states that there is no record of my call from 11/6/18 but his tech knew those areas needed to be treated, so someone had record of my call. Do not use this company they have a bait and switch practice and are very unprofessional.
