We first called Pro Shingle to get a quote for some roof repair on our house. But when Joseph from Pro Shingle came out to examine the repair work, we also asked him to quote for a full roof replacement. We were immediately impressed with Josephâ s knowledge and professionalism. Since we were considering a full roof replacement, we also called two more roofing companies for quotes. Pro Shingle was very responsive when we asked for addresses of homes so we could see their work, as well as determine the color and type of shingles we wanted. Even with all the upgrades we asked for, they were still the lowest bid and came highly recommended by others we talked with. Joseph managed the crews for installation, clean-up, and final roof touch-up requests. The entire process went very well. We highly recommend Pro Shingle, LLC in Southaven, MS.

Jerry was my contact, heâ s knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The job took two days to strip & re-roof my house and Jerry got me on the schedule a day earlier than anticipated. One hiccup I didnâ t foresee & it's not the fault of Pro Shingle, I left the house one afternoon & set the alarm before I left. While I was gone the roofers removed and replaced an old skylight that had caused a leak) and in doing so set off my alarm that caused the police to show up. While I take full responsibility for that event, by including it in my recap I hope to share the awareness.

Amazing response time and very professional! Tree did damage to our roof and with rain forecasted, we could not have asked for a better group of people. Quick response time for damage assessment, quick dispatch of repair crew and quick quality repair preformed! Will definitely call for any roofing needs! Highly recommend!
