I have an extremely busy schedule and Pro Point was able to accommodate that fact that was never home during daylight hours to meet with them. They completed re-pointing work on my brick house exactly when they said they would and cleaned up any messes they may have created in process. The cost was literally half of the other bids I got for the same job and, so far, their work looks great and is holding up well! I have some aesthetic (rather than functional) re-pointing work that still needs to be done, and I will definitely use Pro Point for that job as well.

Very professional company. There was no debris after a very messy job. The company followed up consistently and quickly responded to questions and concerns. They complete the job on time and showed up when they said they would. No complaints at all. I always rate value for money lower because it is hard for me to spend my money and be happy about it! The job cost roughly $3k. At the end, the owner saw the potential for another item which was an simple solution and offered to include it in the price. That made the blow a little softer.

This project detailed removing and replacing bricks to stabilize wall along with tuck-pointing. They completed do a outstanding job.

Curtis provided a timely estimate. When he came to the house to see the job, we was professional, polite and appeared to know his stuff. He showed up when he said he would, did a thorough job and even patched our chimney which wasn't on the proposal. I highly recommend. We will be calling him for furure projects.

Curtis provided the estimate to the project promptly. He explained what they would do and how long he estimated the job would take. He and Cain showed up on the initial day by the time I came home from work the tuckpointing was completed. Cain returned the next day to remove the chimney cap forms and finalize clean up. Very polite and thorough. Nicely done. Highly recommend.

The owner came to my home and provided the project estimate the day that I contacted them. The proposal was more detailed than the others that I obtained and the cost estimate was competitive with others. The project was completed the following week according to the proposal with excellent results. I would recommend this company to others.

Owner came out,gave us the bid.They did the flashing on the chimney, grinding bricks and put mortar in between each brick. Took pictures for us and had it completed the same day.

Very honest. I had a bid from another tuck pointing company that was way over my insurance deductible doing work that was not necessary for my repair and was going to take days to finish the job. Curtis gave me a price way way way under my deductible and did the work that I needed the next day in about a half an hour. Very pleased and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to anyone in need of brick work.
