Basement - Remodel
I don't know who suggested this company was deserving of ANY positive references, but as far as building my storm cellar goes, TOTALLY unprofessional. Building was not built as was required by contract, double doors instead of the single special built that was ordered on contract. No supervision of the CHILDREN no safety gear provided for eyes when grinding metal. When I mentioned this to the 'contractor' I was told: " they'll learn from their mistakes" ! Risk blindness? If I hadn't been supervising myself, most of the re-bar would not have been put in. No permit until I requested. Time 7-22 to 7-31? NO... 8-1 to 9-1! NEVER HIRE!!!

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Job was expected to be completed within one month of contract signing. It took 11 weeks. They didn't come when they said they would, didn't answer messages I left on answering machine. And last but sure not least, the original contact was for a gabled roof onto my existing roof, it wasn't built thay way, and cost them much less work and money, but no discount from the original contract price. I still had to pay the full amount. When work was completed I was satisfied with their construcion.
