Electric Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
$500
The most unprofessional company have ever worked with. Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. Two techs came out to figure out the issue. They realized it was the fan that was completely shot. After taking photos of the unit and assuring us they had the correct information to ordera new fan, they left. Three days went by with no updates, sol reached out via text to Jen. They were apparently unable to get the information from the unit and hadn't yet ordered the parts. No letting us know that, no sending out other techs. When reached out for an update, they asked me to figure out the model number so they could finally order the parts. (Problems 1 and 2 - assured us they had the information when they didn't AND waited for us to reach out to them.) A week's gone by since then with no updates. ...this is only the beginning of the insanity, particularly of Jen. To read the full review (I'm at my character limit) go to yelp or Google. Or just read the texts and see for yourself.
