Windows were put in wrong. Ordered a leading brand of windows, the company chose to replace them with a cheaper brand. the errors are countless and continuing without a proper resolution in sight. The windows were the first thing to go in. While doing the rest of the project, they damaged the new windows they put in.

Working with Pro Star was amazing. The fact that they handle everything in-house from designer, plumbing, electrical, etc makes the process very simple, especially since this is our first time remodeling our house. Jonathan was a great project manager, who helped guide us along the way from the beginning of the process till the end. I would highly recommend Pro Star Builders for all your one-stop house renovation needs!

Bruce and his team just finished our bathroom project, it was an excellent experience to work with this contractor. The final product is top notch, final price very acceptable and their customer service was great. We would definitely call this contractor again if needed.

We wanted ADU unit and got a few quotes. The quote from Pro Star was the best and we hired them. They took care of all the permits and did a fantastic job . Smooth process:)

The contractor Ryan was horrible, but the subcontractors were awesome. Everything took twice as long as it should have and was three times as expensive.

Terrible experience. After they ripped out the bathroom, so that only dirt was exposed, they refused to continue the project until I agreed to ADD $30k of foundation work to THE WHOLE HOUSE. Then left me hanging for 9 days without returning my calls or texts when I refused. So we had a disabled person with a hole in her house and zero work being done for two weeks or so. The job was never completed properly. They would work maybe 1/2 day once a week and then the clientâ s health became so bad that she could no longer allow workers in her home. (THEY NEVER WORE ANY MASKS AND SHE WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR PNEUMONIA.) Itâ s hard to complete a project on time when you take two weeks off and then only put in 1/2 day a week when you do work. Absolute ripoff. Nightmare. Stay away. Jacob and Gabriel will take your money and leave.

We highly recommend this team. We had nothing but a positive experience. They started work the day after we got our quote, and within days we had a beautiful new kitchen. They did such a good job that we had them back for a bathroom. As with any construction, there were minor, unavoidable hiccups. Each time they made sure we were happy with the result. The level of communication between us and our project manager was very good, perhaps one of our best experiences in fact. The reliability of the professional crew was equally good. We could rely on them to do what they say and when they say they will do it. Again, come on, this is the best you could hope for in a contractor. You will be extremely happy working with them.

This was my first real remodeling project in my home. The one thing I like about Pro Star Builders is the response time. The project took longer to complete but I was fine with that because I wanted the project to be done right.

They did a fantastic job managing our bathrooms project and they ensured that we were satisfied every step of the way. I like their tips and suggestions and we took their advice on the design . I am very grateful for the service!! Thank you !
