They did a great job with the roof and skylights. I asked them to add more skylights and refinish the interior ceiling. They were able to do both. Many roofers said they couldn't do interior work, but Pro Star could! We are very happy with the results.

Came right away and did what needed to be done.

They responded quickly to give me a quote and the price seemed good for the small job needed. They were late without notifying me. I called them. When they arrived, they completed the work as expected. They asked for $100 more than the price quoted. My wife paid them the agreed upon price.

My house suffered some roof damage due to high winds last night (blew off a large section of roof edging). Upon noticing the damage today, I signed up for an Home Advisor account and got a quote from Pro Star Home Improvement, who happened to be highly rated and in my area. About an hour and a half later, Wagner from Pro Star arrived with another worker and got started fixing the roof. They were very courteous and did a quality job. Less than 3 hours after signing up at Home Advisor and hiring Pro Star my roof was fixed. How's that for a success story? Very Happy!

They were able to come and complete the work in a short time frame. They provided a good explanation of what needed to be done, and pictures to show the damaged area and the work done to correct it.

Customer service is top rated. Wagner got back to me right away any time I had a question, and on more than one occasion, after hours and on the weekend. These guys are accommodating, and offer a very competitive price for a job well done.

Pro Star Home Improvement, Inc. is definitely a Five Star experience. Wagner, Was very professional and friendly in replacing the ridge vent on my roof. He was scheduled on a Monday to look at the job and give me a quote. He called and said two of his people, called in and he had to finish a roofing job before it rained. He asked if it would be ok to come on Tuesday morning. I agreed, and he showed up on time, looked at the job, gave me a quote, and did the job on Friday of the same week !!!!! I will definitely recommend this company, and Wagner, to anyone who needs help with their roof !!!!!! Great customer service, professionalism, and reliability, also when he showed up on Tuesday, he showed me a sample of the new roof vent !!!!! On Friday morning, I called Wagner, to ask about the time he was going to be doing the job, he told me between 3:00 and 3:30pm. My concern was that I was laid off, and that I might not be home then, because of a possible job interview. He told me not to worry, that he will do the job, and I could mail him a check. I am very satisfied with Home Advisor, Pro Star Home Improvement, and with Wagner, and of course the quality of the work !!!!!!

Andre was very friendly and professional. I had ice dams that caused leaking in my house (a 1 story bungalow) right before I was supposed to leave for vacation. Andre was there the next day to give me a quote, and the job was done 1 day later, sparing my house from more damage from the snowstorms that occured while I was gone. I am not an expert, but I believe that the price was reasonable, since Andre is insured and it took several workers to clear off the roof of the house and create multiple channels through the ice dams. It's very likely that I will contact Andre again when I need more work done on my house.

Andre was easy to work with on this big snow and ice dam removal job. Work was completed on time, with good quality and only a small budget overrun.
