In my opinion Thompson Air Duct jobs details were not completely done. I am requesting that Home Advisor check the work done at my home, and please give my $550.00 back for this unprofessional job.

"I am sorry you feel that way. I just want to remind you that we waited for you for 30 mins because you were late for the appointment. We helped you carry a TV into your home. We offered to put your new vent covers on but you had the wrong sizes. You left in the middle of the job to go get filters and expected us to wait for you so you can watch us finish the basement, that was another 30 minutes that we waited. I assure you the basement was done correctly."
