Pro Team was timely in repairs. The repairs fixed the problem. The repairs left the roof looking patched up, not a seamless look. We have no experience with this type of roof repairs, so not sure if that is the way it is supposed to be. Pro Team representative not honest with payment plan. I had to ask for a receipt. Required us to pay in full through cash or check. when I asked if payment could be made with a credit card, representative said, **no**. On the website, several payment options were possible, and paying by credit card was one option.
