I had three problems that I needed help with. They were able to fix one. They were nice enough to work with and the unfixed problems were likely because of problems with my equipment but I just did not know for sure.

After two other home audio 'experts' who couldn't get things right, Steve came in and in only a few hours had us running better than we had in years.

Hired them to replace surveillance cameras and upgrade PC and Smart phone apps. Steve delivered what he said he would, and then some. He came back to re-position cameras that weren't positioned properly on the initial installation that he was not involved with. Would definitely work with him again for any tech needs.

Steve and his apprentice were fantastic and very professional. They showed up early, walked me through everything that needed to be done and why, and together we decided the best install for my particular needs. They got to work and did a great and thorough job, even went to pick up another part to make the finished product that much better. Showed me how everything worked and fully set it up perfectly. Will definitely call on Steve for some more work I have coming up after the holidays.
