I had a small addition and I needed to match existing siding. They came out in a timely manner and did a professional job. THEY DID NOT SEND A SUB-CONTRACTOR, they did the work themselves. Thanks ProTech!

The 'closer' was very personable and the installer was very professional. The installer cleaned all the windows and there is no evidence that the shield was installed other than the tint. The other provider didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call until the following week

The were very prompt and professional. The only negative comment that I would have is that did not show up for a few days after they said they would. It was cold, but I never received a call or other communication. Overall I am very pleased with the results.

Only minor issue is that they did not move back my outdoor furniture to where they were after the painting. Other than that everything else is pretty good!

They didn't arrive on time and husband had taken off from work to be there. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

I ask to be contacted and I have yet to be contacted. I am starting to have peeling and yellowing. Please have someone contact me.

My ratings are low not because of the crew that actually painted my house, but because of my experience with Protech itself. The paint job on my house is wonderful. My experience with Protech was abysmal at best. To their credit, after reporting that I was immensely dissatisfied and after submitting my treatise on exactly why I was unhappy (please don't make me count the ways again), they did make efforts to make reparations with me, in the form of a discount on my service. The service is complete now, and I'm happy with the results. The process of getting to the end result, however, was a stressful nightmare that kept me awake at night.

No call from this company after work was done to confirm I was happy! Since this job was complete I have found things that I am unhappy with.Places they repaired are coming off and they got paint on my new windows!

They great in keeping the original appointment to come out and take measurements and give an estimate. There was a slight problem in the estimated amount of time that the job would take and verification of the time that the job would begin.

I was pleased with the professionalism and skills shown by the entire staff. ProTech Coating painted the entire part of my house that was not covered by the new vinyl siding that they had installed. The house looks beautiful. I highly recommend this company to all.

A professional painter was sent to my house to do carpentry work. The carpentry work was the specific reason I went with ProTech. The carpentry work was not done well. ProTech sent out another team to correct the mistakes/damage done by the first team. I am upset that I paid 3x as much as I would have paid a painter. The paint job was terrific, the carpentry work was disappointing.

Very Profesional , followed recomended application of paint product by manufacter, hopefully it wil last a lifetime

The guys that did the work did a great job and are obviously very dedicated to what they do.

The job was done well. Communication was poor at first but after stating I like full communication, they kept in touch and kept us informed. A few problems with initial coat but was prompt on getting fixed. Overall are house looks great.

The young man that installed the window tinting was very professional. He was very courteous and was effecient.
