This whole company is top notch. I had my furnace, central A/C and water heater replaced. The price was extremely fair and the service guys who installed them, Jake, Kevin and Adam were more than professional. 5 Stars doesn't say enough. 100% recommend.

Pro-tech was not the least expensive quote I received but the quality of the installation crew, and the work performed was well worth the extra cost. Andy even followed up after the installation to ensure our satisfaction I would highly recommend their services we had a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installed.

I was very happy with Pro-Techs service on a new furnace install. I received 5 different quotes from local companies and after the dust settled Pro-Tech's quote offered the best value when comparing their line of furnaces against others with the same specs and features. After the initial inspection, I was appreciative of Andy's professionalism. This process got rather exhausting with other companies in regard to trying to sell me on their products, some quotes took over an hour to complete after all the standard sales tactics were put into play. Andy did a quick recon on my home and the current system and I had quotes on three different options in less than 20 minutes, no BS, which I appreciated. The install itself went very smoothly, took about 5-6 hours to complete. Installing a new furnace is always going to take some level of customizing and I was impressed with how the work was completed on both the rerouting and replacing of some PVC piping along with the work completed at the top of the new unit in relation to connecting with the existing duct work. On a side note, I will always ask any company hired for home improvements if they contract their installs to a third party or if they have their own employees to carry out the work. The installers were actual pro tech employees (at least in my circumstance), this to me is always a positive because I feel the level of accountability is higher along with it being easier to resolve any potential issues that arise. I would highly recommend Pro-Tech. They offered the best value I could find and were professional and helpful during the whole process. The installation was also completed without issue and with an attention to detail that showed the company is committed to quality service.

We called Andy on Super Bowl Sunday and he was over in under an hour. He fixed our pilot on the water heater with ease and was very friendly and professional through the process. I would recommend Andy and his services to anyone that I know and we will be using him in the future.
