It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. Service fee is $140.00 each additional hour is $70.00!!!

I had them work on one unit last august 2022. Great work. Replaced fan motor, capacitor check everything for leaks, etc. Spent more than two hours on job. Cost was $572. Today the came over, spent less than 45 minutes, cleaned part of the air handler and replaced a capacitor at the compressor. The cost was $590 just for that!!!!! They do good work, but their fees are getting higher. I've changed my capacitors before. I will stock up on them to save myself $550 in the future.

Rocco and all the staff at ProTech were fantastic and went out of their way to help turn around the repair order. Very professional group of folks and solid character even suggesting ways to potential save me money filing a warranty claim with another company that wouldn't benefit them. In the end i went with them versus saving a few dollars. was well worth it!
