Pro-Techs Security

The owner and installer, Brian Jayne, could not be more professional. No "high pitch" sales approach. Honest and forthright. I immediately had a sense that I was "in good hands". I could not be more pleased.

The quality of work is what I expected, very professional. The equipment is professional quality. We are very pleased.

Great job on installation and explaining how everything works.

An all-around EXCELLENT job!!! The layout of my house presented several challenges to get the cameras where they needed to be. They evaluated the situation, presented me with options (all of which required extra effort), and did so with a smile. They worked long hours, but were successful in overcoming all of the obstacles. The outstanding quality of workmanship can clearly be seen throughout the entire installation - from where the holes were drilled, to the conduit that needed to be added, to the placement of the wire straps, down to the camera angles. In addition, they were very neat and clean. They even vacuumed and put the items that had to be moved back in place!

Brian was very professional and helpful. I recommend him to anyone.

I did a lot of research prior to contacting Brian and I spoke with 4-5 other vendors and it took me a long time to get all of the information I needed (mostly due to language barriers). Pro-Techs was the last call I made and within minutes Brian was able to answer all of my complicated questions and had a solution which was far better quality than the other vendors and even at a more competitive price. The range I got in quotes was anywhere from $2200-2800 and they were more competitively priced than the others. Brian did a wonderful job with the installation and was flexible/punctual with my schedule and finished the job in 1/2 a day. After completion, he set up the video on all of our smart phones, computers, and tablets and provided user instructions on how to operate the system. He took the time and did a precise job with the camera angles and installed tamper proof dome cameras. I am incredibly pleased with the product and Brian has been super easy to work with, answers his phone all the time, and has helped me troubleshoot minor issues. If you are looking for a home video surveillance system that is high-quality and reliable, do not look anywhere else.

Did good job

After a recent up-tick in break-ins and general crime in my neighborhood, I decided to look into having security cameras installed at my home. Pro-Techs were my first and only call. They were extrememly knowledgable with great customer service. After a visit to my home to evaluate my needs, one week later they were installing a fantastic system. They were able to run cabling throughout my older home and did a very professional job, that looks great and functions perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering have a quality surveillance system installed, quickly, professionally and with great customer service .

Excellent customer service, knowledge, installation and follow up. I could not imagine a better service provider for a security system. Many thanks!

Very eager to please; will recommend to neighbors and friends.

thank To home advisor!!!!PRO- TECHS SECURITY IS A TEN STARS SERVICES .IAM 100% sastify will their services.

Very thorough. They designed camera layout and hung our security cameras so that no wires were showing. They created the most coverage possible surrounding the exterior angles of our house.

Brian and Wayne were great. They were on time and did a great job, despite the fact that my house had difficult access for cameras in some places. They were friendly and skillful. A+
