Everything was fine! David replied and came to my home to give me an estimate. He performed the roof repair at a fair price and I was quite pleased with the entire experience! A good firm to use for any roof problems.

David never answers the phone. Voice mail full left emergency #. Never returned call came out once finally to repair what he had done. And month later 2 more leaks. He has not responded to any of my calls we have paid him 1,840.00 for a simple roof. I would never recommend these people to my worst enemy.

"Pro-Tek signed a contract for a GACO reseal for the front of Mr. Joshua L.s home in February. In March, Mr. L claimed there was another leak, but when we inspected it, this leak was coming from another area of the home, not from the original area that we repaired. We repaired this leak, and when we then sent an invoice for this second repair to Mr. L, he refused to acknowledge or pay despite several attempts to reach him via phone and e-mail. We called Mr. L multiple times with no response. Mr. L, after ignoring our attempts to collect a payment, then proceeded to contact us in reference to yet another leak in another area."

Pro Tek did an outstanding job of a complete Repair of my flat roof. They were able to accommodate my job in a very timely manner from initial estimate to completion. David the owner very knowledgeable as well as lead Casey and the rest of the crew. David comes around to make sure everything is going as it should. They protect your property and clean up is fantastic. I cannot say enough about this crew and their work. Also the job is not only explained upon initial consultation but pictures shown what exactly the process is going to be. Upon completion before and after pictures of your roof sent via email to you. I would rate 20 stars if I could. Highly recommend. Competitive pricing and excellent quality work. Customer service and quality at its best. Impressive. Very pleased to have found Pro Tek.

Fantastic! Had a roof leak and went on HomeAdvisor at 11 pm on a Sunday -- by 7:30 am the next day, they texted me and were at my home that morning, repaired the roof leak and checked the full roof for other damage. Great job!

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Dave is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and his crew did a fantastic job. They were punctual and very courteous too! I would give them ten stars if I could. I highly recommend Pro-Tek .

They had to return because the was still a leak there after the initial repair visit. They were successful after the second attempt.

I had a major roof leak because another contractor had done a bad job. Pro-Tek showed up on time for the appointment. They crawled through my attic when it must ve been 120° in there to locate the source of the leak (they spent over 45 minutes in there). They showed up the next day to tarp my roof bc it was going to rain again and then showed up the next day after that with a team to start the repair finishing 2 days later. Their price was fair (I had received other estimates and this was a fair price!) and they did what they promised. They showed me pictures of the process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I would use these guys again anytime !
