ProTek Radon

This company never completed the work I paid for. They were to come back and put in a tube to indicate that the blower was working. After multiple attempts to contact ProTek and Home Advisor over a 5 month period, I finally asked a friend to come over and turn the unit on. It appears to be working properly, but who knows? Totally disgusted with the entire ordeal. Sorry I ever had the system installed.

Shane and Joe are very personable young men. They were considerate, polite and knew what they were doing. They did a very nice job and cleaned up after themselves. We were pleased with their work ethics and give them an excellent recommendation

Company appears to have closed their doors, I can not get a hold of them to discuss some corrections that need to be made.

I was told that they would send me a radon test following the installation to. Erich that the levels were reduced to a acceptable level. To date, nothing has been received, so I can not say for sure that the system is effective. Additionally, it is far noisier than he said it would be and seems to vibrate the corner of my house. Shane was a nice guy and showed up when he said he would. Just disappointed in the product and the follow through.

Call back right away. Early for the appointment, got the job done in the specified time, job was cleaner when he left.
