Got mislead on the contract that cost me an additional $1,800 because he decided to cover more repair area. He tried to cover more repair area to get more money. Fortunately, I realize I am dealing with a con man. He also damaged my gutter and will not repair it. He also wanted to write him a check to Pro TX Roofing instead of Pro Texas Roofing But since I don't trust him , I insisted that I write a check to: Pro Texas Roofing

They were very speedy and service-oriented. It was not rainy season, so hopefully there will not be any need for warranty service. However, they have failed to follow up in connection with warranty service whatsoever. Not even a phone call. Shingles they have installed have come loose.

This was a somewhat difficult repair on an unusual roof but they got it done and done well in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. I was happy with the work and the people and what more do you want?

This company will bend over backwards for you. Pro Texas roofing knows what they are talking about. No shortcuts here, they only know how to do it one way, the RIGHT way.

Just a note to say that Pro Texas Roofing was unable to complete a job in the time I needed that we had agreed on because of rain delays and they refunded my deposit within the week and performed a small repair free of charge as a way of saying sorry. Although I can't rate their work for this job, they acted ethically and made sure I was as happy as possible in the circumstances. Often it is the times when something goes wrong that you see the real character of a contractor... In this case I was happy that despite being unable to finish my job, they made sure we left each other on good terms. Bravo Pro Texas Roofing!

John came out on a Saturday and inspected my roof. He was very thorough in his explaination of what he found.
