The person that came out and the actual workers were not on the same page. I requested that more branches and higher branches be removed. This was not done and when I asked about this, it was stated that the balance of the tree would be off. I called the company and left several messages. I was never contacted. I paid too much for what little work was done.

I am not satisfied with their work. When they gave me the quote. They promised to take care of everything, but unfortunately, they left a big mess behind. Although I just paid $3,500 to remove a tree from my backyard, now I have to pay another crew to clean up the mess that they have left behind. I contacted them and I talked to Tony, the person who gave me the quote in the first place, as well as John who I believe, is the owner of the company but they claimed that they will not clean up the mess they have caused.

wonderful prompt initial interactions and actual tree services provided with better than anticipated clean-up and no complaints from neighbors, This was a not an urgent job, but could have been a little tricky, felling a larger tree/dead on top, near a building, a valuable tree, and power lines. I gave a wide window for scheduling the job BUT I had asked to be notified when the job was to be done, so I could be on site for proper instructions, etc. That proper notification was not communicated and did not happen. YET THE JOB WAS PERFECT. DG

The tree cut down crew was excellent. The stump grinding was the worst Ive ever seen. They came 5 days later, left the stump unfinished and above grate, with all the waste. When I requested they remove the waste was told read the back of the quote we dont do that. I texted pictures of the stump to the owner requesting they return to finish, no response. Needed to hire a second company to complete the work.
