Pro Tree Service

The owner John Baio and his crew damaged my property then refused to reimburse me or take anything off the bill. I refused to give him my card number until he lower the bill. He got very disrespectful to the point I had to hangup on him. A few days later this lunatic came to my property, when I was absent, and illegally dumped tree debis all over my property. Damaged the lawn, again, damaged the neighbors lawn, and poured oil all over the driveway. If I had been there I would have called the police, I did make a police report about the incident and gave them all of his info. He also hires illegal immigrants to work for him, I reported this business to ICE. I found out this business is NOT INSURED LICENSED or BONDED, notice there is no licensing info/number on any of their websites, invoice/receipts that he gives you. I also have filed a complaint with several local agencies about ALL of this. I wish Id seen the reviews on yelp before hiring this company the rating of 2.3 stars for a reason, many customers complaining about damaged property and profane language when confronted about it. I have already alerted my neighbor to call the police and myself if this truck is seen anywhere near my property if I am not home. I am uploading all the photos and videos of what they did to Youtube so every one can see how mentally unstable the owner is.

We just had a job completed by Johnâ s Pro Tree Service and they did a spectacular job at a very reasonable price. Our was a difficult one, at least in my opinion. Two huge Maple trees, at least 60 years old and about 75 foot tall located right off our back deck about 8 feet from the back of our house. The crew arrived right on time, were very friendly and didnâ t make us feel like we were being a bother when we asked questions. The worked so efficiently. I didnâ t think it was possible to remove both trees in one day but the job was complete by 4:00. The guys on the crew work like a fine-oiled machine, each having their own responsibilities and executing them perfectly. The skill and precision in cutting the large limbs/branches while up in the tree and the skill of the crane operator amazed me. Their attention to detail in cleaning up after shredding the branches and cleaning up the wood chips was outstanding. What a great experience. And then this morning, a gentleman came to grind the huge stumps and within two hours, they were gone. I highly recommend Johnâ s Pro Tree Service and in fact, we are so pleased we are having to very tall Blue Spruce removed from our front yard and our neighbor is having them remove six trees from her property in the next few weeks. These people had to remove a tree with lots of obstacles around it like power and cable lines and fences. They accomplished the task without any negative side effects! I would hire them again.

Pro Tree Service was the only company that returned by call for an estimate. Someone called the next day and later that day the estimator showed up and give me the estimate and I signed the contract that day.
