Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
I paid for the entire season of lawn care (fertilizer, etc.) in the spring (end of March) but didn't receive any service until the 1st week of May, only after complaining following a call soliciting additional services. They then provided the 1st 2 services on the same day, which seemed wasteful. Another 6 weeks goes by and no service nor scheduled services. Inquired online via the support feature, crickets. Called again the 1st week of July, was told I would be put on the schedule ASAP and will receive a phone call regarding scheduling. Again, crickets. Called again today (2nd week of July), same BS, only now my case will be "escalated". Lawn looks like crap and all they want to do is upsell on services without providing those that I already paid for. This company purchased my prior lawn care company (Tee Time), which was great. Pro Turf & Pro Pest is terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'll be looking for a new lawn care service next year.

Lawn Care Fertilize or Treatment Service
PRO-TRURF DID NOT SHOW UP FOR 2 WEEKS. I cancel service ask for a refund. 6 weeks after canceling service still no refund. Call customer service at least 4 to five times. Different answer each time. Over 3 months later still no refund of $389.06. Never got a straight answer. Customer service very poor. I WILL NOT RECOMEND PRO-TURF

I am very pleased with the service of Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions. Matthew was my technician and took care of hitting the weeds again at no charge. My lawn looks great and I get compliments. Matthew took time to first walk my lawn and I was able to show him my concerns. I noticed he has an attention to detail and I very much appreciate that fact!! Thank you for your service!!
