Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
A project that was only suposed to be one day turned into 3 wks. Not proffesional at all. Didnt complete everything we discussed. Very frustrating! Can't recommend

"We did have a delay due to rainy weather. When I first met with customer I said I could put on gutters from Home Depot or from Lowes store. I tried for few weeks to match the same color. When I could not match it perfectly, I went back to customer and explained everything, that I could not match the color they wanted. This customer said they were ok with me taking that off of the bill. So, I did not do any work for the gutters. The drainage installation was completed and worked. I even spoke to this customer before I left the project. They have my number to call if she was unhappy, I will be glad to scheduled another meet to discuss this with them to see what i can do the make them happy."

I hired them to lift the house two feet, rip off patio and replace with treated lumber, fix plumbing after lift, build air conditioner pedestal, rebuild patio, install drainage away from house, my issue is the house came off foundation and twisted around and is probably totaled, front porch fell off. I want my house back to where it was before they began

". I am in contact with this customer and I will make sure this project gets taken care of. Due to the saturation of rain prior to working on this crawl space home. The rotting posts underneath did slide over a few feet. This was an accident,and I am thankful no one got hurt. I hired an engineer to do a site visit, the engineer will write the report up. I will return to remedy and repair or fix all -as per the engineers report. ( I had to edit for typos)"

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
Initially they were very polite and professional. Did what they said they would do. Price was very reasonable. After three months an many rain storms, what they did appears to not work and I am having more severe drainage issues than before I hired them. I have attempted to contact them repeatedly and sent pictures. At first they messaged and promised to come the next weekend, but they did not come and have not called.

Knowledgeable on foundations. Biggest problem was to drain a large patio water overflow at rear of house, Accomplished by installing new drainage system. Courteous and Thorough. 5 year warranty.
