I hired Pro Window Works to repair 4 windows that I thought were beyond repair. However, Igor advised me that he could fix them without having to replace them. I was amazed that within 2 hours he had repaired the window I thought was totally shot and adjusted the other windows so they can again be opened. He also prevented me from spending over $1,700 on a casement window replacement that only needed a new crank that cost less than $8.00. I am extremely happy with the results and will have Pro Window Works as my go-to company when I need to have my windows fixed in the future. Thank you, Igor!

It was a bate and switch job.The young man arrived at my home viewed the project gave me a quoted I agreed to the price he wrote it up on the company document went over it with me. Left without giving me a copy. What we agreed upon was not done. Pro Window Works sent the person who did the work a photo of three things to do sent to him by phone. I did not see the photo until he suppose to have finish the job. A total Bate and Switch.

6 out of 9 panes of glass cut to wrong size. Those panes improperly installed by using large amount of silicone to fill gaps. Silicone very poorly applied in some places. Good quality storm door was very unprofessionally installed. Does not close properly. Brackets installed backwards.
