Pro Works did an amazing job on our flooring. We’ve used them twice now and the wood floors and tile look fantastic. They were very conscientious and communicative. We enjoyed working with the team.

Customer service is top notch! Update from December 2025. ProWorks totally came through! Over the summer, I found the flooring not complete under the island. This was an installation oversight that we didn’t catch. The floor was originally installed as a floating floor. With the missing piece under the island, the floor shifted significantly. As a result, it has cracked, lifted and moved. There is a heavy wheelchair being used on the floor. I would have chalked this up to the wheelchair. But in areas where the floor is well installed, it is doing fine. But in the kitchen and dining room where the missing piece under the island was, the floor deteriorated significantly. I had reached out a few times and they looked at the floor in early summer but we just couldn’t find the right solution. Time went on and there were some delays on my side and their side. But in early December, Jen from ProWorks reached out and they made a visit. We are in the process of updating the flooring to correct all issues found. They have been very supportive, clearly understand the issues we’ve run into, and are fixing the problems quickly. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have this level of customer service from them. It is very much appreciated - more than I think they will ever know. It is truly great to work with a team of people who understand customer service, take pride in the work they do, and want to make sure the customer is happy with the product. Original post: The entire team was professional and flexible from start to finish. They met my needs and ensured that every detail was taken care of. Recommended without hesitation (1.16.2026):  We had our wood floors resurfaced, which included the kitchen, living areas, sun room, and large hallways. The project was flawless during every stage of the work.  Jennifer (owner) kept us updated every day, which was much appreciated.  The first day was staging for the work, and this included taping up plastic sheets to protect areas from dust.  Dan explained everything to us, and he was joined by Amy and Pat for this work, which included taking off the old finish.  This first day created the most sawdust, but we were pleasantly surprised how clean the rooms were once they finished this first day.  Day two was mainly for the sealant, and we had our first glimps of how the floors were progressing.  Day three included patching areas from our older floor to create a continuous, smooth surface.  They also put the first two layers of the final finish material.  We opted for the best surface material, which cost a little more, but is well worth it.  It must mention that Dan and Ann had originally thought they could finish this third day, but they realized that they could not finish to their high standards, so they decided to add a fourth day for the final surface layer.  Dan has 35 years of experience, and could see things that I could not, so this was assuring to me to have an experience team working for my interests.  The forth day took longer than expected, but this team wants perfection, and that's impressive.  I'm writing this review on the day after the project was completed so that I can take a very close look at everything, and without any doubt this project came out perfect.  We could not be happier. Most all projects have finish work that requires years of expertise to learn how to do right.  But flooring is different in that every stage of the project has direct influence on the finish (sanding, sealing, screening, and all layers of the surface materal).  It is for this reason that having real experts working on flooring is essential, and Proworks Flooring is the best choice.  They really want their customers to be satisfied, and we are definitely happy with the project.

We had ProWorks Flooring refinish and restain our existing red oak floors, and also remove carpet from our stairs and replace it with wood stairs. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Jennifer was exceptional—she communicated clearly throughout the process, was incredibly kind, and patiently answered all of my questions. Her crew was detail-oriented, professional, and did very clean, high-quality work. We’re extremely happy with the results and will absolutely be using ProWorks Flooring again. Highly recommend!

Flooring was installed in a room which was previously carpeted, and adjacent to a hardwood floor. I was told that it would be difficult to match the existing floor but the team did a great job and the small difference in color is barely noticeable. Dan and Pat did a great job.

I called ProWorks to refinish the badly worn parquet floor in my tiny kitchen. They did a beautiful job for a reasonable price. They brought it back to looking almost like new!

They were on time, kept the place clean and were very responsive to our concerns. There were a couple of steps that were a bit tricky to build, but they spent extra time to make sure they came out great. There was a little miscommunication on the requirements for flush mount heating vents but they worked with us to come to a fair resolution. I would definitely use ProWorks again.

We are so pleased with our new hickory hardwood flooring. We replaced all of the carpet on our main floor with this hardwood. A fairly large job that covered 1200 SF. From our initial visit with Matt, we felt very comfortable choosing ProWorks. Matt took the time to help us understand our options which was so helpful. Jennifer was so nice to work with in scheduling and coordinating our project. ProWorks also works with a moving company to move all our furniture to the garage and move it back in at the end of the job. The install team was excellent. Many thanks to Anthony and his team of excellent installers. Highly recommend ProWorks!

Excellent experience start to finish. After meeting with me and giving me the bid, the owner Matt patiently re-estimated twice the amount of floor I wanted to get done until I could make up my mind. After that, their project manager, Anthony, met with on the day the wood was delivered into my home to acclimate a week before the installation. He carefully explained the process and made sure the installers had the correct pieces to do the job. The installers Jose and Javier showed up on time every day for three days always calling me a half hour before they arrived. While putting in a floor like this is noisy and can be dusty, they were very careful to cover everything, doorways and entrances, with plastic so that any dust would be minimized. We stayed away as much as possible during the work and only stayed away from our house one night, the night the stain went down. Because the area of the new floor prevented us using our bedrooms and bathrooms, we couldn't be in the house that one period of time. Jose even came back on Saturday to put down two coats of finish, with the final one put down on Monday. I didn't want to put my old and battered base boards back up, so I bought the right amount (Anthony estimated the correct amount I needed) and I painted those and had them ready for Jose and Javier to cut and install all new baseboards. Jose and Javier worked quickly throughout the whole time and did such a high quality job: friends of mine who have worked as hardwood floor installers said it was one of the best jobs they had seen. I would definitely use ProWorks again! <br>

It went very well. Two man crew came right on time for 3 days and were very polite, agreeable, and did a very nice job.

Our floors look amazing, we are so happy with the end result. Jennifer, Matt and Anthony are incredible to work with as well. I couldn't be any more pleased with the process, service and end result. THANK YOU for turning our horrible blonde floors into beautiful new hardwoods!!!!

Proworks did an amazing job! My stairs were tricky and had many uniquely shaped stairs, but they did turned out beautifully.j They are like a work of art. They did such a great job, I'm having them come back to install hardwoods in my living room and dining room.

Great. Under promise - over deliver! On budget with a quality product. I could not be happier with the job Anthony and his crew did. Jennifer was awesome in working out the financial details - no surprises, only good news. They have found a long time customer iin me.

It went well. The only difficult part was putting all of our glassware, knick-knaks, books and pictures back after the job was done.

Amazing!! Loved the ProWorks crew and Jennifer was amazing at conveying our needs with the men. The job was fast and accurate and we pinch ourselves every time we see our new floor.

ProWorks Flooring came out to estimate and gave me a reasonable bid. Once scheduled, they came out and did the job quickly and with quality results. Despite my concerns about them wanting to do such a small job, they treated me and the job with professionalism. Would definitely consider them again for any flooring work.

Ontime, kept me up to date on all that was going on. Removed all appliances so floors were completely done. Wove in new floor to old floor so that I can't even tell where they started. Would hire them again!

They did a fine job. I thought they did a good job. There was one issue where there was a one piece of wood where there was a staple in the wood and the installer didn't remove it and it got finished. They finished right over it. So, they had to come in and do some repair work on it. It took a little while to resolve it, but it was fine. They have given us a card; they weren't able to totally match the existing finish what they put on.

We've refinished floors in the past, but have never had such an exasperating experience. Had to re- refinish the floors several times in order to fix major problems caused by poor technique, rushing, and sloppiness. Took several months longer than anticipated. The finished product is fair: the color is finally even, but the floors scratch easily because they couldn't figure out how to apply the more durable finish. They didn't clean thoroughly so there is a noticeable amount of hair and dust that ended up underneath the sealer. We've also had to deal with peripheral damage to window shades, sinks, cabinets, and stair railings, grass, and concrete. The company was responsive and tried to fix their mistakes, but just couldn't do it for some reason. I kind of felt bad for them.

The Proworks team is great to work with and did an awesome job refinishing the oak floors in my home. Matt and Jennifer are awesome to work; their team members were friendly and are great at what they do. We have received many compliments on the floors already. I would recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Overall good. They did forget to mention that a transition was needed and because I tried to buy it the day of the install, it was on backorder and could not be installed with the rest of the floor, but the floor looks wonderful and the transition is an easy thing for me to do myself.
